Mukesh Ambani’s new Project JioMart to Connect With Small Business

In 2020, Mukesh Ambani had taken up a project to include India’s all small business into this e-commerce company JioMart. Mukesh Ambani had shook hands with Google to make possible this project. Ambani has thought to took help of Facebook and WhatsApp’s messaging service to reach out to all those small business companies. Google and Facebook have already invested $10 billion on this project.

Ambani has already held a meeting with all the shareholders of his company Reliance and he made them undated about all the recent activities of the company. The company has also taken up its most ambitious project to build a stable 5G network in India. But as the country is going through a pandemic, the economic condition of the country is suffering. So, the project Ambani has taken up is facing more troubles than Ambani has expected.

Reliance’s major business is energy and retail in the technology market. But selling smartphones in India is not an easy job because the earning of an average Indian person is not much. This is why expensive smartphones are hard to sell in India. Because of this same reason Apple has faced so many difficulties to sell iPhone in India. Samsung is now also facing the same problem as it is also struggling to sell Samsung phones in India. Indian customers are more interested in buying cheaper phones of Xiaomi, Oppo and Vivo.

In this pandemic situation selling smartphones has became harder because all the companies have faced the problem of the shortage of materials and shortage in the supply-chain. The small business companies have faced the most troubles as they are the least important business companies, whereas Reliance is the top-most important company in India and it can avail all the facilities of the supply-chain.
