Bharti Airtel has launched its new innovation named Airtel black. In this program customers can take up two or more Airtel services like Fibre, DTH, Mobile and the customer will be provided with one bill only. The customers can pay all their payments through one bill from now.
From now on the customers will also be provided with one single customer care number with a serious and dedicated team of relationship managers. The team will prioritize the issues faced by customers in the service.
The company has given a statement about its new service that Airtel Black will help customers to eliminate the hassle of paying several bills for different services. Each time the customer has to deal with various service providers, but from now on customers is free from that hassle too.
Airtel Black will help a customer to contact a customer care representative within 1 minute of calling. The new team will work to keep in tract all the issues forged by the customers and they will work to solve those problems on a priority basis. All of these services will be provided free of cost.
Airtel Black provides customers to watch TV uninterruptedly as it offers DTH to be billed with other services. All Airtel customers only need to pay bill once a month. This service also offers options where the users can choose their plans according to their needs and it also provides the option to pay all the bills together.
Bharti Airtel director Shashwat Sharma has said that Airtel Black will take the company one step ahead to solve their customers problems. They believe that this new feature will help their customers to live a more peaceful life in this time of new normal.
