Mi 12 Will Be Launched In 2022 With New Features

Xiaomi is a Chinese smartphone manufacturer which has launched several smartphones this year in its series named Mi 11. Xiaomi has not confirmed yet the existence of the Xiaomi Mi 12, but a report has said that the key specs of the phone have been leaked.

The Mi 12 series of Xiaomi flagship smartphone’s LPDDR5X configuration was announced by JEDEC before the specifications of the phone has been leaked. Another rumour suggested that Xiaomi Mi 12 will have an LPDDR5X RAM along with a Snapdragon 898 processor. This rumour has discarded the report that Mi 12 will have a Qualcomm Snapdragon 895 SoC.

The rumour has also suggested that this phone will have another top-of-the-notch feature, such as a 200MP camera. Along with this Mi 12 Ultra will have 200W fast-charging support.

Though at present the Snapdragon 888 and Snapdragon 870 processors do not support LPDDR5X RAM. But Mi 12 is expected to get support for LPDDR5X. Mi 12 is also rumoured to be launch at the beginning of the year 2022.

Mi 12 is also expected to sport a punch-hole design with ultra-slim bezels. In the display of this phone, there will be a fingerprint sensor for secure biometric authentication. On the rear of the phone, it will have a quad-camera unit. This phone will also have a 6.8-inch QHD display with 1400 x 3200 pixels AMOLED screen and an aspect ratio of 20:9. It is also likely to have a pixel density of 514ppi, and a refresh rate of 120Hz.

It is expected that this Mi 12 flagship series of smartphones will be introduced to us at the end of December 2021. But before that, we need to wait to see if these rumours are true or not
