TVS Motor is Optimistic about Recovering from its losses

Many big companies have faced the issue of supply-chain because of this ongoing Covid-19 pandemic. TVS Motor has also faced the same issue of this supply-chain. But TVS Motors is determined that they will very soon recover from this problem. The founders of TVS Motors have also confirmed that now they are well prepared for the next wave of Covid and that will not harm the production and service of TVS Motor.

The company has also assured its shareholders that the company will grow its business and the shareholders won’t face any loss. As in this pandemic situation people are focusing on investing in personal mobility, it gives companies like TVS Motors to grow its business more.

According to a report published by TVS Motor company, the company has faced sone loss during the second wave of Covid, but the founders have believed that will bounce back to the company. The company is so optimistic because, the company had already succeeded to built up its own supply chain which solved the problem of materials supply. The company has also assured that they are focusing on administrative duties more than ever.

The company has also assured its shareholders that because of social distancing the demand for two-wheeler is growing and the company is ready to take all the opportunities that are offered in this time. According to a report, the company has sold nearly 21.6 lakhs of two-wheeler this year in the domestic market. In 2020 the company has sold 24.1 lakhs of two wheelers.

Another challenge the company had faced is exporting problems. Because of the extended lockdown, the availability of containers was down. Also, because of the sudden increasing demand in the two-wheeler sector has led to a shortage of semiconductors.
