Facebook: Update Is The New Status In Whatsapp 2021

Life has been easy with the invention of WhatsApp. With this our communication made simpler.

Recently, the tool has been asking for a privacy update. They have informed the Delhi High Court that people should stop using WhatsApp if they deny updating it.

WhatsApp has planned to delete some features from users who do not update their apps. It states that they do not want to force people to update it but neither do they want users who have not updated it. Switching to another app or updating the app is the only two solutions we are left out with.

The company has decided to send reminders to their users every day to update the app failing which the users will have only limited access to the features. After a few weeks of reminders. It is planning to send “persistent reminders” them feel inconvenient to use the app.

During the course of “persistent reminders” users won’t be able to access their chat list or send messages rather they will only be able to receive voice or video calls.  We will also be able to read the messages and reply to the same when we get a notification.

A few weeks even after that if we are going to deny the acceptance of updates, we will neither receive calls or messages and we will be unable to send the same. The other way to save all the data is by deleting the app completely and exporting the chat to different storage spaces.

This takes up to 90 days to delete the information stored in it. So meanwhile Android users or iOS users can delete the app by clicking on the three dots in WhatsApp after which we will be redirected to Settings, visit the Account section and delete my account option.

The reason to delete the app can be mentioned and the app can be deleted. The data we want to save can then be exported to Google Drive, Gmail or any other app.
