Work From Hotel By IRCTC Takes A Whole Vibe To Kerala

According to a statement, the IRCTC has introduced a special work from hotel package that offers professionals a relaxing and calming ambiance in hotel rooms in Kerala as an alternative to working from home.

The IRCTC said in a statement that this is part of the Railways’ catering and tourism arm’s efforts to rekindle trust among guests to step out for hospitality services in the post-COVID world.

The package, which includes disinfected accommodation, all three meals, twice tea/coffee, free wi-fi, secured parking for vehicles, and travel insurance, starts at ₹ 10,126 per person on triple occupancy for a five-night stay.

In these pandemic eras, working outside of the traditional office setting has become the new standard. Experts can select their favorite destination in Kerala from a list of hotels offered at work, based on the hotel concept.

During the current lockdown, the Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation Ltd (IRCTC) has launched exclusive packages for professionals to continue working in a different yet refreshing and soothing environment away from the comforts of hotel rooms, where they can relax and enjoy their routine, according to a statement.

During these pandemic times, working outside of the traditional office setting has become the new normal. It added that professionals can choose their favorite destination in Kerala from a list of hotels offered under the work from hotel concept.

Professionals can start with Munnar, Thekkady, Kumarakom, Marari (Alleppey), Kovalam, Wayanad, and Cochin, according to the statement.

The plan will be available for a minimum of five nights and can be extended on a prorated basis. Similar packages for other locations are also being considered, according to the study.

COVID safety standards and a high level of hygiene are followed. According to the release, the packages can be booked online via the IRCTC website or the IRCTC tourism mobile apps for Android and iOS.

The kit, which was created with COVID-19 in mind, does not include any sightseeing, according to the company.
